He's behind you!

So last night I went to the panto! (Oh no you didn't!)
I think it was the most I've laughed all year actually, the highlight of the night was probably watching Barry Elliot (Barry from Chuckle Brothers, the small creepy one) strip down to these little frilly bloomers. Well what happened, was Paul (the bigger one) was helping 'Cinderella' with her dress for the ball, and just before that Barry was practising for the cabaret act at the ball as well. So as Paul was giving Cinders instructions for the dress (Take that top part off, and that bottom layer...) Barry misunderstood, thinking Paul was advising him on his performance, and mayhem ensued.

But all in all, it was a brilliant night, we had the first three rows of seats slap bang in the middle, perfect for getting sprayed with water and having sweets and things thrown at us.
I hope next year is just as good!

Happy Birthday Peter.

So after feeling incredibly grumpy and miserable for the best part of 3 weeks, I didn't think it would be wise for me to go out and socialise due to my 'wonderful' mood. But alas, I gave in and went out and honestly had a fab time all in honour of my good friend Peter to celebrate his 21st.

First of all, we hit up a pub, where I was id'd and the bouncer studied it and started asking me god knows how many questions.
When we eventually got in, we enjoyed the cheap drinks, sang Christmas songs and then headed on to Welly.

Safe to say, I'll be laying off the white rum for a while...
But nevertheless, we had a great time, I cheered up considerably and Peter thoroughly enjoyed himself (I hope!)
We left early due to Danielle having to be at work in the morning, got a lift after getting some lovely takeaway.
And now I'm currently sat in bed, nursing a major headache, so this is what a hangover feels like?

It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas..

Actually, that's a lie. It looks nothing like Christmas. No snow, it's actually quite sunny outside, just insanely cold!

So I'm bringing you this post in not so glad tidings, or so to speak. I am currently sat in the living room with my mother, next to my slightly anaemic Christmas tree, trying to put together some sort of 'case' against my former employer about lack of/incorrect wage payments plus some slight victimisation.
I haven't worked there since the 11th November, and I am STILL waiting for my wages to be paid properly.
So after waiting another 2 weeks, and a lot of angry phone calls later, I got paid a sum of money on the 2nd December, but it was no-where near enough to what I was originally owned.
So now that me and my mother are both well and truly pissed off, we're just gonna spend the day bitching and shopping with my Aunt who is the ripe old age of 79 and still wears designer clothes.

Mum: "Have we bought chocolates for anyone that we can eat?"
